VOI & CAF: What are they, and why do I need to do them?

In 2023, Queensland introduced a significant change in the way property transactions are conducted, moving towards electronic settlements for most cases. With this shift to online processes, ensuring the security of your identity and transactions becomes even more crucial.

With InfoTrack, you can conveniently verify your identity and complete the necessary authorisations online, from the comfort of your own home. 2. Simple and Secure Process: Using InfoTrack's secure platform, you'll upload the required documents for VOI and electronically sign the CAF. It's a straightforward process designed to ensure compliance and security while minimising hassle for you.

Can I do the VOI and sign the CAF in person instead?


If you're uncomfortable with the secure online process, prefer a face-to-face VOI, or if you're unable to complete the process remotely, we can arrange to meet you in person, if possible. Alternatively, we can guide you to an Australia Post branch nearby, where you can complete the verification process there (fees apply).
